I had an incredible experience working with Lydia. From the start, she was personable, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping me achieve my birth goals—whatever they looked like. One of the key factors that drew me to her was that she accepted Tricare and handled all the billing and correspondence seamlessly, making that part of the process stress-free, which was so important to me.

When my birth plan didn’t go as expected, having Lydia to bounce ideas off of and provide guidance as labor progressed was invaluable. Her calming presence and ability to adapt to the situation made a challenging experience so much easier. I can’t recommend Lydia enough to anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable doula in their birth journey.

Lydia attended the birth of my fourth child in January of 2024. She was absolutely amazing. She knew my birth plan and made sure what I wanted was heard. She advocated to the hospital staff on my behalf. She was amazing at offering different comfort measures and options during my labor and encouraging me when I was hard on myself. I highly recommend her!

I would 1000% recommend Lydia! She was with me as a first time mom for my natural birth and provided so much guidance for both me and my husband. She reminded me to change positions, drink water, and relax as much as possible to allow my body to progress. These are only a few of the many roles she played while I was in labor and after. She was an advocate for me and my birth plan and I was so grateful for her. My husband even said having her there was such a reassurance for him that everything was going smoothly. She was not only helpful during my birth, but was also helpful postpartum.

She is such a sweet and loving human and it is so evident that she was meant for this role! Use her! You won’t regret it!
