Hey! I am originally from Missouri, I moved to San Diego in 2019, before then I lived in NC. I have a daughter, I homeschool her and love learning from her every day. In my free time, I love to read, be in nature, & hang out at the beach. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services. Before becoming a doula, I worked in childcare at daycares, as a nanny, and taught kids of various ages.

I believe that babies are born as the wisest little humans, they just can’t talk to give us that wisdom. I believe that women should feel empowered, no matter how birth looks for them. I decided to become doula while my husband was in the military, after hearing so many stories of women beginning motherhood with little to no support. I am a DONA certified doula, I have taken lactation courses, and have experience and knowledge in holistic practices for each stage of pregnancy.
